Last updated: September 7, 2026

This policy is reviewed periodically and may be updated. The latest version is always posted on this page.

Open C Health Systems, Inc. ("Open C," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and shared when you visit this website; request a conversation, customer briefing, design-partner discussion, technical or policy review, or product updates; or otherwise communicate with us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

This website is an informational and demonstration site. It is not intended to receive protected health information (PHI). Do not submit PHI, patient information, or other sensitive clinical data through any website form, embedded form, or email link.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide requested materials or updates, evaluate potential design-partner and business relationships, operate and improve the website, maintain the security of our systems, keep appropriate business records, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information and Current Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We disclose information to service providers only as reasonably necessary for the services they provide, and may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with a financing, reorganization, merger, acquisition, or similar corporate transaction.

The current website uses the following external services:

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. If we activate a new service that materially changes these practices, we will update this policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The current website does not offer a site-level cookie preference manager and does not intentionally run advertising cookies or an active analytics tag. Hosting, security, forms, and external resources may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies under the applicable provider's practices.

You can limit or remove cookies and site storage through your browser controls. Blocking third-party services may prevent a hosted form from working. For questions about the technologies used on this site, contact us at aaronseagle@openc.health.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the current email address listed below and describe the request. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, and we will use request information only to evaluate, fulfill, and document the request. We will respond as required by applicable law.

6. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Open C does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, or to the extent applicable law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) gives you the right to opt out, you may submit a request.

To make a "Do Not Sell or Share" request, email aaronseagle@openc.health with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." We will honor verified requests as required by law.

7. Data Retention

Retention of inquiry and form information depends on the purpose for which it was collected, the time reasonably needed to respond or evaluate a potential relationship, business and security record needs, applicable obligations, and provider settings. Netlify and other service providers may retain information under their own configurations and policies. You may request deletion using the contact information below. We may retain information when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal obligations, backup integrity, or other applicable exceptions.

8. Data Security

We rely on the website security configuration and on access controls made available by the hosting and form services described above. The site's deployment configuration includes HTTPS enforcement and security headers intended to reduce common browser risks. Service providers maintain their own security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the last-updated date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
