This website is an informational and demonstration site. It is not intended to receive protected health information (PHI), and you should not submit PHI through it.

Open C does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, or to the extent applicable law (such as the California Consumer Privacy Act) gives you the right to opt out, you may submit a request.

7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
